Measures Against Marxism’s Dangerous Adherents and Noxious Islamists Act of 2026
This bill would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to block the admission and naturalization of, and authorize the deportation and denaturalization of, any alien affiliated with or advocating for socialist, communist, Marxist, or Islamic fundamentalist doctrines.
