PROTECT Act of 2026
This bill sets a wage floor for H-1B at $100,000 to be raised annually based on cost of living inflation calculations. The bill also limits H-1B visa validity to one year for staffing agency employers. Repeals Trump $100,000 fee on H-1B petitions for health care workers.
