Stop Illegal Aliens Drunk Driving

This bill makes certain crimes regarding the operation of motor vehicles while under the influence of a controlled substance an aggravated felony for immigration purposes. The bill also makes aliens inadmissible who are convicted or admit to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.
