ICE Standards Act

This bill:

  • Requires use of body and dash cameras for immigration enforcement officials.
  • Requires all officers and agents to display identification unless undercover.
  • Bars enforcement operations in "sensitive areas" including schools, any hospital, medical facility, mental health facility, any place of worship or religious study (including permanent or temporary locations), and any polling place or voting site
  • Requires DHS to provide notice to state and local law enforcement before conducting operations in their jurisdiction.
