Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act

Section 2 establishes a Southern Border Fund for border wall funding as well as purchasing and maintaining vehicles and equipment for the Border Patrol.

Section 3 requires an annual estimate of illegal border crossings and requires that Federal financial assistance for each country is reduced by $2,000 per alien from each country. The funds left over as a result are to be deposited in the Southern Border Fund established in Section 2.

Section 4 establishes a wire transfer (remittance) fee at 5% to be transferred to the Border Fund, with penalties for failure to comply.

Section 5 increases the Arrival/Departure fee from $6 to $25, and the additional funds go towards Border Patrol salaries and the Border Fund.

Section 6 amends the law to require physical barriers along the length of the southern border by the end of 2025, removing existing loopholes from the Secure Fence Act.

Section 7 adds overtime for Border Patrol agents.

Section 8: Severability provision
