Migrant Child Safety Act

This bill:

  • Requires the sharing of information regarding sponsors with DHS before HHS places UACs with a sponsor;
  • Requires HHS to conduct one site visit, electronic monitoring, and submission of bonds before placing UACs with a sponsor; and
  • Requires reporting of UAC to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
