Safeguarding Benefits for Americans Act of 2026
This bill bars noncitizens from any Federal assistance benefit with respect to assistance furnished to the individual (or to the household, family, or other similar unit that includes the individual) under any Federal assistance program, including any benefit furnished under a grant or contract made pursuant to any such program.
