Deport Illegal Voters Act of 2025

This bill makes unlawful voting an aggravated felony in immigration law (deportable offense), and adjusts the inadmissibility provision for unlawful voting to get rid of the exception under the law. Unlawful voting is already an inadmissible and deportable offense, but this bill makes it part of the criminal deportability offenses.
