SAFE KIDS Act
This bill nullifies surrogacy agreements if the agreement is between a surrogate parent who is in the United States at the time of birth or who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States and either the prospective parent or a surrogacy broker is a citizen or resident of a foreign entity of concern under section 4872(f)(2) of title 10, United States Code.
