Developing Overseas Mineral Investments and New Allied Networks for Critical Energies Act

This bill authorizes the establishment of the Visiting Scholars Mining Program to allow not fewer than 10 foreign nationals in the mining industry to travel to the United States for workforce development for not less than 3 months, but not more than one year. The bill also requires scholarship awards for each foreign national for their fellowship.
