Preserving Integrity in Immigration Benefits Act

This bill directs the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to conduct a comprehensive review of all immigration benefit requests approved between January 20, 2021, and the date of enactment that are implicated in Presidential Proclamation 10998 (dated December 16, 2025) . The bill requires the Director to ensure these requests were properly adjudicated and that standards were correctly applied, and mandates both an in-person congressional briefing and a public online report by September 15, 2026.
