Fraud Accountability Act

This bill:

  • Makes certain convictions for fraud a deportable offense.
  • Requires mandatory detention for aliens convicted of certain fraud offenses.
  • Requires denaturalization for naturalized citizens convicted of fraud offenses related to conduct beginning on September 30, 1996.
