End H-1B Now Act

This bill phases out the H-1B program over a 10-year period after dropping the cap to 10,000 for 2026. Further, it-

  • Removes fashion models from the eligible occupations;
  • Limits specialty occupations to physicians, surgeons, and nurses; and
  • Amends the Social Security Act to prevent Medicare-funded residency programs from counting aliens toward their funding calculations for any cost reporting periods that begin after the bill is enacted.
