End Child Poverty Act

This bill establishes a universal child assistance program to replace the Child Tax Credit (CTC), which was recently updated to require a Social Security number (SSN) of a parent of a U.S. citizen child. This bill would structurally bypass those new restrictions, reopening illegal alien access to benefits if they have citizen children.
