Continuing Appropriations and Extensions and Other Matters Act, 2026

This bill is a continuing resolution providing funding for the Federal government. Key to the bill is a provision, "SEC. 2141. Repeal of health subtitle changes", which repeals changes to Medicaid in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Repealing these changes would reinstate an estimated $193 billion in subsidies for illegal aliens and other noncitizens.
