H.R. 5007: To direct the Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to report on information about arrests made by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

This bill requires ICE to report on its quarterly arrests, categorized by three ICE Threat Levels:

I: Aggravated felons or aliens convicted of two or more offenses punishable by more than a year in prison;

II: Felons or aliens convicted of three or more offenses punishable by more than a year in prison;

III: Aliens convicted of misdemeanors.
