CLEAR ID Act

This bill prohibits funds from being used by DHS to conduct immigration enforcement unless the officers are not wearing masks (with an exception for approved undercover operations or medical necessity), the officer is using a clearly identifiable vehicle, and the officer verbally and visibly shows identification, including a badge and uniform.
