Immigrant Witness and Victim Protection Act of 2025

This bill eliminates annual numerical caps for U visas and Special Immigrant Juveniles (SIJ) and allows for employment authorization for applicants of U, T, SIJ, and VAWA self petitioners along with aliens seeking cancellation of removal. Aliens applying for these benefits also cannot be detained or removed pending adjudication.
