Constitutional Citizenship Clarification Act of 2025

This bill says a person is not "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States if the person is born to parents: unlawfully present, present for diplomatic purposes, or engaged in hostile occupation or hostile operation in the United States. Unfortunately, that would mean children of tourists or other nonimmigrants would still qualify for automatic citizenship at birth.
