Preventing Fraudulent ICE Impersonation Act of 2025
This bill makes it unlawful for an individual who is not an ICE officer to wear, display, or possess apparel, badges, insignia, or other items bearing the words “ICE” or “Immigration and Customs Enforcement” with penalties including up to 7 years imprisonment.
