MeCarran-Walter Technical Corrections Act

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to replace the 50% blood quantum requirement for Indigenous peoples crossing the U.S.-Canada border with criteria based on membership in a U.S. federally recognized tribe or a Canadian First Nation, and grants those who qualify lawful permanent resident status.
