Safeguarding Americans From Extremist Risk (SAFER) at the Border Act

This bill blocks the use of parole for aliens who are determined by DHS or the Department of State to be entering the U.S. for espionage or other unlawful activities, are inadmissible for criminal or terrorist activities, are on the FBI watch list, has been arrested, charged by information, indicted, or convicted for terrorist activities, or poses a national security risk "due to a known or potential nexus to terrorism."
