Transparency in Migration Act This bill requires the weekly public posting of information on illegal aliens who are apprehended by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or processed through a Health and Human Services (HHS) facility. The data includes the daily number of individuals, their countries of origin, ages, genders, States they were sent to, and criminal convictions.
