Grant Integrity and Border Security Act This bill requires that, prior to receiving a Federal grant, applicants have to certify that they have not violated the provision of immigration law related to the unlawful bringing in and harboring of illegal aliens. Grantees that are found to be in violation will have their funds withheld, and the Attorney General shall submit any convictions or admissions to violating the law to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
