Houthi Human Rights Accountability Act

While primarily focused on sanctions against the Houthis, this bill includes immigration-related consequences. Aliens determined by the Secretary of State or Homeland Security to be involved in specified Houthi activities would be:

  • Inadmissible to the United States.
  • Ineligible for visas or parole.
  • Subject to having any existing visas revoked.
