Break the Chain Act

This bill ends chain migration by limiting family-based immigration to the spouses and minor children of citizens and lawful permanent residents. It establishes a new 5-year, renewable nonimmigrant visa for parents of citizens without work authorization to allow parents to come and live with their citizen children.
