Working Americans Affordability Tax Credit Act

This is primarily a tax bill, but it does have relevant changes to immigration status. It creates a new $4,200 affordability tax credit exclusively for U.S. citizens and nationals (barring all legal and illegal aliens), while imposing mark-to-market wealth tax rules on nonresident aliens and disallowing wealth-transfer tax exemptions for noncitizen spouses.
