SERVICE for America Act

This bill creates a new visa program (amnesty) for alien children of nonimmigrants and DACA aliens in public-sector jobs, providing a pathway to adjust status and eventual citizenship. There is no numerical limit, a freeze on deportations for any alien with a pending application, and waivers for human smuggling, student visa violations, and unlawful voting.
