Proposing an amendment to the Constitution to protect American citizenship.

This joint resolution amends the 14th Amendment to definie "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States" to mean if a person is born to at least one parent that is a national of the US, an alien lawful permanent resident, or an alien with lawful status performing active service in the Armed Forces.
