No Immigration Benefits for Hamas Terrorists Act

This bill makes Hamas officials and those who participated in the October 7th, 2023, attacks on Israel inadmissible and ineligible for immigration relief. A report is required on aliens found inadmissible and removed under the new provisions of this bill.
