Guaranteeing Aggressors Zero Admission Act or the GAZA Act

This bill makes a non-U.S. national (alien under federal law) who holds a passport issued by the Palestinian Authority ineligible for admission to the United States. The bill specifies that such individual is ineligible to receive admission, parole, a visa, or other documentation to enter the United States, or to receive any other immigration benefit.
