H.R. 9613: To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to notify the Commissioner of Social Security when there is a change to the citizenship status, status under the immigration laws, or work authorization status of an individual to whom a social security account number has been issued, and to require that an individual be a citizen or national of the United States to receive benefits under the Social Security Act.
