Border Security and Enforcement Block Grant Act of 2024

This bill authorizes a block grant for States to construct, maintain, repair, or improve a physical border system on the southwest border. The new block grant is funded with $60 million in unobligated CBP border funds and authorizes further funds between 2025-2025. The program sunsets on the last day of FY 2027.
