This bill establishes an intelligence analytic cell and task force with the goal of disrupting migrant trafficking and smuggling operations. Further, it calls on the Department of Homeland Security to work with Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador to combat human smuggling and trafficking.
