End Executive Branch Amnesty Act

This bill-

  • Reforms Temporary Protected Status (TPS)-

    • Requires acts to designate countries for TPS;

    • Allows for extensions and terminations by act of Congress. In the case of extensions, in 12-month increments; and

    • Prohibits illegal aliens from receiving TPS;

  • Reforms the processes for unaccompanied alien children (UACs)-

    • Requires all UACs who are not trafficking victims or fearing persecution to be returned home, regardless of whether or not they are from a contiguous country;

    • Allows for transfers to HHS up to 30 days after taking custody;

    • Requires HHS to take data on sponsors, transmit that information to DHS, and requires DHS to initiate removal proceedings against illegal alien sponsors;

    • Fixes the “one or more parent” SIJ loophole;

  • Ends cancellation of removal;

  • Prohibits certain forms of “immigration identification” to be used to board flights-

    • CBPOne app;

    • Notices to Appear (NTAs); and

    • Notices to Report (NTRs);

  • Strictly limits humanitarian parole to match its intent-

    • Ends categorical parole;

    • Strictly limits parole to a short period (1 year max with renewals);

    • Grants states standing to sue for parole abuse.
