REGULATION: Unaccompanied Children Program Foundational Rule; Update To Accord With Statutory Requirements

This interim final rule (IFR) removes a specific provision that precludes ORR from “shar[ing] any immigration status information relating to potential sponsors with any law enforcement or immigration enforcement related entity at any time.”
