Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces decision to vacate TPS extension for Venezuela. 

This action halts the Biden Administration's last-second effort to tie the Trump Administration's hands regarding the removal of illegal aliens in the country. This is step one in a long line of TPS determinations by the Biden Administration that need to be rescinded.
