Overrules Attorney General Garland's decision regarding asylum eligibility and reinstates precedent from the first Trump Administration. 

Abuse of the asylum system was a primary accelerant of the Biden Border Crisis because aliens knew frivolous asylum claims were rewarded. Asylum was always intended only for aliens persecuted by their government and this action returns the DOJ precedent to the plain meaning of the law.
