This Federal Register Notice rescinds Biden Administration restrictions on implementation of Expedited Removal. 

Given immigration court backlogs, any mass deportation operation will require alternatives to the standard removal process. Expedited Removal applies primarily to recent illegal arrivals and allows for removal without a prolonged immigration court proceeding. This is the required first step for ramping up removals.
